Standard office files will potentialy include paperwork from A5 (and possibly smaller) up to A3 in size. This may be current files, or those in an archive. For example:

We have a wide range of production EDM scanners, that will be selected to provide the best and quickest throughput for each individual job; so the quality, size and type of paperwork we would be handling is important. Most client files are kept in some form of filing furniture e.g. in standard filing cabinets, or in hanging ‘suspense’ files. Other paperwork may just be kept in boxes.

Office paperwork can also be made up of a mixed variety of sizes, or it may be (for example) in the case of QA forms, all the same format. And then there may (or not) be a structure within a file e.g. sections. Or the information that makes up a file may be in date order, so we could simply scan in the oreder found, front to back.

Having information related to the above is the key to providing a price for a job, which will depend on the type of paperwork, volumes, indexing and SLA’s required. and how it will reach us.

We have a number of standard questions in a simple form that will take a couple of minutes to fill out, which will provide us with a good understanding of the basics of the job, and how our professional document scanning services can best assist each client's needs. This will enable us to give you an indicative price for any job, to be confirmed by sight of actual paperwork samples. Click here to access the form.
